That is certainly a girl with a ponytail and cherry headband!! So it appears on the head!!
Ok, I am going to say it is a girl with two pony tails wearing a cherry headband. This would be the left side of her head (or our right side looking at her).
Hmmm... if this is a bit of the same digi as last day, I guess this ponytail belongs to the mermaid or the girl in the digi... ;)

Well, just to be different, I will say headband and ponytail, but NOT on the sweet little girls head, it is on the head of the dolly/mermaid toy.

I'm not the first to guess, but I'm thinking its a ponytailed little girl with a cherry speckled headband!
I think it's a girl with a ponytail and the cherry-printed thing is her arm I'd guess. Picture image will probably be top right position.
My guess is #1 is a girl with a cherry head wrap on her head.. or head band
