Apple bake!!

Who doesn't love an apple pie?? Well I'm sure there are some people but it is my absolute favourite dessert!! My late Nan made the best apple pie in her wood fire oven with her secret ingredient in the pastry... brings a tear to my eye just thinking about it..
Anyway, I have used Apple bake from Elisabeth Bell's digital collection, she just reminds me of when I used to help nan in the kitchen when I was little!
