Merry Weather!!

Goodevening All or Good Morning/Afternoon if you are in the Northern Hemisphere. It's Alethea here to share with you a card I have just created using Merry Weather from Elisabeth Bell's digi collection. Wasn't to sure how I was going to decorate the card so I decided to make a starburst card! I just love how they look and it's great way to use up those scrap pieces of paper.

I coloured Merry Weather in with tria markers and as you can see I added some crystal effects to the water.. If you would like to know more about my card then head on over to my blog!
