It's Jennifer here with a bit of pink springtime inspiration to brighten even the gloomiest of winter days.

I have used the adorable "A Pen Friend" image to create a thank you card to send off to a special friend. you can find images similar to this one in the store! some cute digital papers, a little tag, pretty paper flowers, and other fun embellies all combine to create a card that tell my friend how very much I appreciate her kindness. :)

Holiday Die Exchange Cards

Woooo Hoooo! It's Saturday!

So have all of you recovered from holiday and new year festivities? has life gotten back to whatever form of normal is at your house? hopefully it will at our home in the next few days. we have had company in and out ever since before Christmas. it's been wonderful seeing so many people, but I do confess it will be nice to have a bit less stressful environment again. ;)

The Digi Bells Design Team had a fun card and gift exchange over the holidays. Each of us created a card for one team member and then also sent a collection of dies. it was a wonderful treat to receive such a beautiful handmade card from one of our teammates and know that they had spent so much time creating it just for us. :)

I'm sharing with you both the card I made as well as the fabulous gift package I received. I sent my card to Alethea along with some fun dies I found from Whimsy Stamps. I also included one of Elisabeth's lovely rubber stamps, because at the time, Alethea had been having trouble with her printer. this way she would have a back-up anytime she wanted to use one of Elisabeth's wonderful images! :)

First up is the card I made. I used 'Sweet Country Christmas' and lots of fun holiday embellies. you can pop over to my blog, "Just Coffee Please...," for more detailed info about the card.

This is the GORGEOUS card and die assortment I received from the VERY talented, Lynda! isn't it fabulous??!!!? and I know that I will use these dies quite a bit on projects. :) she used the cutey 'Meadow Magic' image on the card she made for me.

I'll be back next week with a brand new project, so until then, enjoy your weekend!

A Cup of Christmas Joy

Wooo Hooo! It's the weekend! Jennifer here to inspire your Christmas crafting!

As everyone on the team is sharing some of their past holiday projects, I actually have a NEW project for all of you today! :)

for those of you who don't know me well yet, I am a GINORMOUS coffee addict. I belong to a group of crafters called the Coffee Loving Papercrafters. Every season there is a  huge blog hop and all of us link our projects that are either coffee, tea, or hot cocoa themed. The Holiday blog hop started yesterday, so I made this fun card for it.

My card features 'Willow with Hot Chocolate'. isn't she adorable? I think this image is one I have used more than any other! of course I'll be sending it to one of my coffee loving friends!

if you would like more information about the details of the card, head over to my blog, "Just Coffee Please..."

Fairy Tales

Hello everyone!

It's Jennifer here to share a card that hopefully inspires you to grab your beautiful Elisabeth Bell images and head to your craft room for some creative time. :)

My husband and I recently celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary. quite the milestone in this day and age! I made him this card, using the precious 'February Flutter' digital image and the inspiring sentiment you see here. the inside reads, "thank you for being my happily ever after." :) he really is!

while the card style might be a bit more frou frou-y than I would typically make for him, he did like it! especially when he saw that the fairy prince was wearing the same colors as his favorite super hero - The Incredible Hulk! ;)

for more information on the card, stop by my blog, "Just Coffee Please..."
and may you have a 'happily ever after' in your life, too! :)

Mermaids and Sea Shells

Hello everyone! It's Jennifer here waving and saying 'hi'! :)

so sorry to have been away for a while. some yucky health stuff had me out for the count, but I am back and crafty, so be on the lookout for lots of posts from me as I attempt to catch up. :)

Even though my project is late for the current challenge going on over on the blog, I still wanted to play along. I mean, WHO could resist a chance to use our adorable Elisabeth Bell images?! I hope you have had the chance to enter your own project, or are in the midst of working on it.

The theme is 'Make a Splash' and this cutey little mermaid image, 'Catch of the Day' seemed the perfect one for my card. my friend, Tammy, owns an Etsy shop that sells Shape EZ card templates. I have used her fun sea shell template here.

I am a goof for all things Basic Grey, so even though the company has retired, I've used their papers and die here for the shabby feel that I oh, so love! this die is my 'go to' for waves.  it's a bit quirky & fun, and I absolutely adore it. :) I hope you do, too!

if you would like more information about the card, please feel free to stop by my blog, "Just Coffee Please..."

have a most wonderful day! :)

YOU are the Definition of Gracious!

Hello to all of you lovely Bells!

I don't know about you, but I always seem to be in the need of thank you cards. almost every image Elisabeth creates can be used for a thank you themed project. it's super easy to add your own thank you type sentiment to most any of the images from her wonderful store!

I have taken the precious 'Little Miss Mouse' image and added a great sentiment so that my card is ready to send off to a fabulous friend. adding pretty papers, seam binding, and embellishments lets my friend know I think she is pretty special and appreciate all she has done for me! :)

stop by my blog, "Just Coffee Please...", for more details if you are interested. and I'm so excited to be a part of The Digi Bells Design Team now! this is like a dream come true! :)

please be sure to welcome our new Guest Designers as they post in the next few days. :) and join our latest challenge, too! always something fun going on here at The Digi Bells!
