Apple Bake with a Blackberry Twist

Happy Sunday everyone! GDT Linda here as today it's my turn to post again on theblog.
This time I chose to make an oval card with the delicious Apple Bake. 

Now I know that the name suggests that she's carrying an apple pie there, but I had some of this fab paper from Maja Design from the Fika Collection, with blackberries on it, and these scrummy blackberry embellies that have been loitering in my stash for a while, so I thought it could be an apple and blackberry pie!

For my card today I have picked up some of the amazing fall colors and added them to the card.

Apple Bake

This time of the year, nothing comes close to Americana like a good slice of apple pie!  I know she's been around a lot this time of the year, but I couldn't resist coloring up Apple Bake from Elisabeth Bell's Digital Collection.  She makes me hungry and I want to bake (which I am not very good at!), and have some yummy vanilla ice cream.

This baby doll is colored with copics and I added some stickles all over her and that sweet cat!  Her cat reminds me so much of my old cat, Porthos.  He got mad at me when we moved and he ran away our first night at our new house :(.  The papers are from a great BasicGrey paper pad and the flowers and pearls are from Hero Arts.  If your in the states, I wish you a very Happy 4th of July and if not, I hope you have a fabulous week!

Apple Bake!

Good Morning Everyone.  I hope you are all well. 

Its Pami here with your inspiration for today. 

I have used another digi image by Elizabeth Bell and this little lovely is called Apple Bake.  Here is my card:

Due to the fact that I am in the middle of moving house,I haven't had a lot of time for crafting recently so I have used another pre-coloured image.  This is from the Hobby House who are now doing Elisabeth Bell images.  This is from a sheet called Baking with Grandma.  The paper is from Lilybee Design called Double Dutch. I have used my new Die-namics Fishtail Flags Stax and added some pearls and mulberry flowers.

Apple Bake - Yummy!

I'm so excited to share my sweet little Apple Bake from my favorite artist, Ms. Elisabeth Bell's digital collection!  It's even more thrilling for me because it's my first post here as a new Design Team Member!  Just have to tell you that I'm so over the moon honored to be presenting these adorable, enchanting images and bringing them to life for you and can't wait to get to know all of you!

This sweet little thing just shouts innocence and sweetness to me!  After the events that have rocked the small town of Newtown, CT yesterday, I think we all need some sweet loving.  I simply adore this image and working on her today really lifted my spirits and put a smile in my heart.  You can find all the details for this cutie pie on my blog.

I think her pie just looks so warm, inviting and yummy!  I hope her sweetness makes you smile.  Go hug a child or someone that you love a lot.  Oh, and have a warm piece of something sweet on me!

Apple Bake

Time flies and today it's my turn to show you a card again.

I chose to make a card with the sweet Apple Bake Digi which can be found in the Elisabeth Bell Digital Collection.

Last weekend I went to a Scrap meet with 60 other girlies. We started on friday night and ended sunday afternoon. This week I'm in bed fighting a nasty cold. Guess I caught it last weekend. :O

 

This image is so much fun to color! I used Distress Re-inkers on 200g Canson Montval Aquarelle Paper.

Gosh this little sweetie is so fun to color up and create with!!!!

Colored with Copics!!!  Shadows made with grey and red pastel pencils

Recipe card holder made with SB Grand Scallop Squares using SU Early Espresso CS and Kaisercraft Nan's Favourite Collection dp.  

Used the largest die, scored and folded to create a pocket.  Used ribbon to contain the 10 recipe cards!!  Embellished with Recollection bling, WOC flowers, Xmas Red stickles
